地方法人税は「国税」？！

地方法人税って英語で何と説明すればいいのでしょう？日英でまとめてみました。

地方法人税（出典：総務省）	Inhabitant tax for local allocation
-     法人住民税法人税割の一部が国税化されたもの。 -     法人税と同時に国に申告納付され、その全額が地方交付税の原資に組み込まれる。	-     National tax for local allocation is a national tax to be distributed to local governments to reduce revenue disparities between regions. -     The tax has been carved out of the corporate income tax levy of local inhabitant tax.

似ても似つかない英語にしないと伝わらない日本語の一例です！

以下は2023/2/3に書いた記事です。

地方法人税（国税）は総務省サイト等に以下のように説明されています。

（略）地域間の税源の偏在を是正し、財政力格差の縮小を図るため、（略）地方法人税（国税）が平成26年度税制改正において創設され、平成28年度税制改正において拡充（令和元年10月施行）されました。税率は、令和元年に法人住民税法人税割が5.9%引き下げられたことに伴い、5.9%引き上げられ、10.3%となっています。

海外の方にも分かるように英語にすると（太字が定義です）：

• "Local" corporate tax is national tax collected by the state but allocated to municipalities* to reduce the disparity in financial resources between municipalities.(* Therefore, the tax was named "local" corporate tax.) 
• The tax was implemented in 2014 at 4.4%, applicable to fiscal years beginning on or after 1 October 2014.
• The rate was raised by 5.9% to 10.3% in 2019 and at the same time the rate of corporate tax levy of inhabitant tax was reduced by the same percentage. (See the table below.)
• As a result, the tax due for taxpayers did not change before and after the rate hike.
