配当にはいろいろな重要な日がありますよね。意味とともに日英対比でまとめました。

用語	意味	英語
配当基準日（＝権利確定日）	配当の権利が確定する日。大半の国内上場会社は決算期末日。	Date of record, record date -   Generally, the fiscal year-end in Japan
配当決議日	株主総会の決議によって配当が決定された日	Date of the general shareholders’ meeting in which a dividend is approved
効力発生日	配当（の支払い請求権）が効力を生ずる日。一般に株主総会決議の翌営業日で支払開始日と同日。	Date on which right to a dividend arises -   In Japan, generally, the business day after the date of the general shareholders’ meeting in which the dividend is approved -   In Japan, generally, the same as the date of start of the dividend payment
支払開始日	配当の支払が開始される日。一般に株主総会決議の翌営業日で効力発生日と同日。	Date of start of dividend payment -   In Japan, generally, the business day after the date of the general shareholders’ meeting in which the dividend is approved -   In Japan, generally, the same as the date on which right to the dividend arises
