ストックオプションの付与	Grant(ing) of stock options	Stock options are granted. Stock option grants are awarded. Stock option awards are granted.	Grant は名詞としても使います
無償発行・付与	Granted free of charge	Under the proposed program, the participants will be granted stock options free of charge.
有償発行・付与	Granted at a price
発行価格・価額	Issue price, grant price		従業員から会社への払込価格
公正発行	Granted at fair value	Stock option grants are issued at fair value on the date of grant.	公正な価格での発行
有利発行	Granted/issued at value lower than fair value		公正な価格より低い価格での発行
ストックオプション（無償・有利発行型）	Stock options for employees granted free of charge at value below fair value
権利確定期間 対象勤務期間	Vesting period		権利確定の条件となる労務提供期間。 付与日から権利確定日まで。
ストックオプションの権利確定	Vesting of stock options	Stock options vest.	権利確定したら、権利行使できる
権利行使期間	Exercise period		権利を行使できる期間
ストックオプションの権利行使	Exercise of stock options	Stock options are exercised.	Exercise も名詞、動詞の両方として使える。
権利行使価格	Exercise price Strike price
その株式の譲渡	Sale/transfer of the (underlying) shares	The underlying shares are sold.
ストックオプションの失効	Expiration of stock options	Stock options expire.
