電子帳簿等保存制度

改正電子帳簿保存法が2022年1月1日から施行されています。対象となるデータを日本語と英語で整理してみました。

国税庁サイトは対象データを以下のように区分しています。（順番変えました。）

I. 電子帳簿等保存、II. スキャナ保存データ、III. 電子取引データの3種類に分けられます。

ちなみに電帳法上の「電子計算機」とは「コンピューター」のことです。（そういってくれませんかね｡｡｡ 電卓と間違ってしまうでしょうが｡｡｡）

対象データ　Types of records and format
電子帳簿等 Books and others in electronic format prepared by the company using accounting software	自己がコンピューターを利用して作成する帳簿 例：仕訳帳、総勘定元帳	Books in electronic format prepared by the company using accounting software E.g., general ledger, subledger
	自己がコンピューターを利用して作成する決算関係書類 例：貸借対照表、損益計算書	Financial statements in electronic format prepared by the company using accounting software E.g., balance sheet, income statement
	自己がコンピューターを利用して作成して相手に交付する書類の写し 例：見積書、請求書	Copies of documents in electronic format prepared by the company using accounting software and provided to counterparties, E.g., fee estimate, invoice
スキャナ保存データ Scanned images	取引相手から受け取った書類 自己が作成して相手に交付する書類の写し 例：契約書、見積書	Scanned images or photos of the following: -    Documents received from counterparties -    Copies of documents prepared by the company and provided to counterparties E.g., contract, fee estimate
電子取引データ Electronic transaction records	紙でやりとりしていた場合に保存が必要な情報が含まれる電子データ 例：請求書、領収書	Electronic records containing the data required to be retained if they were in paper format E.g., invoice, receipt

重要単語

• 電子帳簿　　books in electronic format / in electronic form
• スキャンデータ　scanned images（必ずしも digital data ではないようです。）
• 電子データ　electronic records / data　日本語の「データ」にはほとんど records が使えると思います。
• 保存　文書保存にはよく retain を使います。例：文書保存期間 retention period of records
