法人設立届出書の項目

法人設立届出書にはいろいろな項目が記載されており、国税庁のサイトでは以下のように英訳されています。

法人設立届出書　Notification of Corporation Establishment
本店又は主たる事務所の所在地　Location of the head office or principal office
納税地　　　Place of Tax payment
法人名　　　Corporate name
法人番号　　Corporate number
代表者氏名　Representative’s name
代表者住所　Representative’s address

少し変えてみました。
法人設立届出書　Notification of Establishment of Corporation、 Notification of Incorporation
本店又は主たる事務所の所在地　Location of head or principal office
納税地　　　Place of tax payment
法人名　　　Name of company / Name of corporation
法人番号　　Corporate number  
代表者氏名　Name of representative
代表者住所　Address of representative

以下に変えた理由を書きました。
1．何の説明や理由もなしにここだけ大文字にすることはしません。

Place of Tax payment　→　Place of tax payment

3．項目名は多くの場合「the」を省略します。

Location of the head office or principal office　→　Location of head or principal office

4．一番大事な情報は先に出します。

Corporate name　→　Name of company

5．アポストロフィーを使うと公的な印象が減るのでやめます。

Representative’s name　→　Name of representative

通じるからいいじゃないかとも言えますが、公的な文書ではそれにふさわしい硬い用語を使うほうがいいと思いました。

「異動事項に関する届出書」も同様です。
